We are not only limited to commercial facilities, we can provide services to residential properties as well. Event spaces and any venue that requires a temporary heating and cooling solution.

We’ve kept this process very simple. Simply match the size of your space with the size of our units. For example, if you have a 1,000 sf home, apartment or commercial space, renting the Grande would be perfect, however, if you have a 2,000 sf space then you would simply rent 2.

The costs listed is per unit. If the Grande is $300 per week for example, and you require 2 units, then your costs would be $600 total.

There is a one time flat rate delivery, setup and pickup fee. Fees for delivery, setup and pickup varies depending on the amount of units you are renting.

The cost to rent varies by your desired coverage area and use. If you are a residential client, costs will be different from those of a commercial client.

Please keep in mind pricing for each unit does not include deliver, setup and pickup fees.

Our units work on 120/60v single phase. We can supply larger units for large circumstances, however, these units will most likely use 208/230 Three phase which would require an electrician to verify it is compatible with your existing power and circuit breaker panel.

We can provide a licensed electrician however, that would be an additional cost and require special planning. Please contact us to discuss how we can assist in finding you a solution.

Delivery is one flat fee. This includes; delivery, setup of  the unit(s) where you would like for them to be, and pickup of the units.

If there’s access to elevator and the units must be brought up by way of stairs, there is an additional fee of $30 per flight.

Please contact us to make special arrangements regarding delivery that includes hard to access location or stairs.

Having working electricity is crucial. If you do not have access to electricity, please do not order until you do.

You can rent as long as you wish. Our rates are weekly and then monthly. After the rental term, we will automatically bill in weekly intervals if you do not get a renewal order.
